This is something I've been thinking about...And I decided to make a thread about it.

Here's the multi-part question:

If you were able to go anywhere and do anything in the immediate future, just for fun...

- Where would you go?, and
- What would be your Top 5 Things to Do There?

My favorite place to go on such terms would probably be South America.

As for things I'd love to do, ranked by number...

South America:
5. See an Actual Rain Forest, In Person
4. See the Statue "Christ the Redeemer"
3. See Some Incan/Olmec Ruins
2. Hunt Fossils
1. Hunt Meteorites

...But what about all of you?

I would like to follow the steps of Alexander the Great's army.

So sort of from Pella in Macedonian down past Egypt to Siwa. Towards Gaugamela in Iraq and then further east to Buchephela and finally to the site of Babylon.

Stuff to see.

1.Although unconnected to Alexander directly, one of the other 7 wonders. Either the remains of the Pharos or the Colossus(probably).

A good way to annoy people at airports is too wait at those places where people empty their pockets and take any dropped money. The staff there hate it, I did that it Ireland and with the money you can buy a nice little souvenir.
